Becoming One with Nature.
Letting go of any conditioning.
Being empty and at peace.
The Buddha said that there is one thing that a person
should clearly know, which can be found in this body.
Beyond the body, beyond the mind, and
beyond the five aggregates there
is the immortal dhamma - unconditioned nature,
a state of pure knowing.
Keep on practicing until you can reach this pure knowing repeatedly.
You will then have the ability to be released from all sufferings.
When you come out of the knowing state,
remember to go back to the body.
Be aware of the whole body repeatedly.
You will then be able to return to the knowing naturally.
One uses the four foundations of mindfulness.
The body foundation: awareness of the whole body.
The feeling foundation: feeling the sensation of the whole body.
The mind foundation: knowing the mind.
The dhamma foundation: seeing the dhamma conditions according to reality.
Continue practicing mindfully until you can be released from all four foundations,
and enter into the pure knowing state.
This is the condition that is free from the five aggregates,
and free from all sufferings.
The door to this immortal dhamma is not found anywhere outside.
It is here - in our bodies and minds.
Be aware of only the body and mind repeatedly,
until you can let go of the body and let go of the mind.
Let go of everything.
You will then reach the pure knowing state.
Just continue to be with this knowing.
When you reach the pure knowing, you will find that attachment cannot form.
This is the nonattachment state, with which you can still live a normal life.
Continue to be with the knowing, which will become deeper and more refined.
Eventually, you will find real peace and happiness in life.
